Pawz at Play is a locally owned dog daycare, boarding and grooming business at 11200 Mastin Street, Overland Park, KS 66210. This policy covers this website, pawzatplay.com. "We," "us" and "our" mean Pawz at Play.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you add it), the topic you pick and your message.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the roles you're interested in, your availability and start date, anything you share about your experience, and your resume if you attach one.
- Calls and emails: anything you choose to tell us when you reach out directly.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data: like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Booking and cameras
Reservations are made through MoeGo, our booking provider, and the live camera viewer is a separate system. Information you enter there is handled under those services' own policies, not this one.

How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need to help you and keep reasonable business records. We keep job applications while we're hiring for a role and for a reasonable time afterward in case another spot opens up. You can ask us to delete either sooner.
Security
Our website and forms are served over a secure, encrypted connection, and we limit who can see what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please don't send highly sensitive details (like payment card numbers) through our forms.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our site links to other services, like MoeGo booking, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and our camera viewer. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle information.
